The key to a good fit is naturally is a good measurement. It's not all that hard. It takes a little time and attention. Remember you're not building a space vehicle, so measuements aren't super critical. A 1/8" or a 1/4" won't ruin the custom fit. Suggestion: print the form first and fill in the blanks, then you can get back on the web page with all your info ready to go. You can seek the services of a tailor, seamstress, alternation department, etc.
